Connecting with e-Boekhouden.nl & e-Boekhouden.be

An e-Boekhouden.nl or e-Boekhouden.be administration is connected to Zenvoices as an accounting package. Go to Manage / Environment / Accounting package integrations and click 'Connect new accounting package' to connect a new e-Boekhouden.nl administration.

e-Boekhouden has introduced a new API. In addition, e-Boekhouden.nl will stop supporting the old API integration as of January 1, 2026. To continue working as usual, we ask you to switch to the new API and enter an API key in Zenvoices. If you still need to switch to the new API, follow the steps below:

Navigate to Management / Setup / Integrations / API / e-Boekhouden API and click Next at the bottom right.

Choose Add and create a new token that can be used in Zenvoices.

Please note: the token will only become active after all steps have been completed and Save has been selected.

Navigate to Manage / Environment / Accounting package integrations and click the pencil icon for the relevant integration. Then select the tab Accounting package integration and paste the new API token from e-Boekhouden into the field API token.

Select the field Accountancy token when you are an accountant using the customer's token. Enter the administration name in the field Administration name exactly as it is listed in e-Boekhouden.

Please note: After January 1, 2026, the message “Enter an API token under the accounting package settings.” will appear and the old integration will no longer work.
