If you use allocations in AFAS (for further specification to cost center and/or cost unit), you can enter allocation codes in the booking screen in Zenvoices.
Please note:
To make one or more allocation axes visible, you must add them once to the booking screen. Consult this article for more information.
When creating an allocation in AFAS, choose the option: 'Manual entry'.
Have new master data been added in AFAS? These will become visible in Zenvoices after synchronization. Consult this article for more information.
How does it work?
If an allocation axis in AFAS is mandatory for a general ledger account, the allocation axis will be shown as a field in the booking screen and an allocation code must be selected. Zenvoices uses the names of the allocation axes from AFAS.
Please note:
Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Zenvoices GetConnectors in AFAS.
Only allocation codes that are linked to a general ledger account in AFAS can be selected.
Are the allocation axes not available? Then check whether the connector **Zenvoices_AllocationCodeAssignments** has been added and is available in the App connector in the AFAS environment. This connector is required for correctly retrieving and displaying the data in Zenvoices.
