Through a single accounting package integration, multiple administrations can be connected to a Zenvoices environment at once. If you do not see all available administrations in Zenvoices, follow the steps below to adjust the app authorization in Exact Online:
Please note: the steps below must be performed by the integration user who created the connection between Zenvoices and Exact Online.
Make sure the integration user logs in to Exact Online (*1)
In Exact Online go to Import/Export.
Under 'Other', click 'App authorizations'. (*2)
Click 'Zenvoices | Faster and easier invoice booking'.
At the bottom under 'Access to' you can see which administrations Zenvoices currently has access to.
Under 'Manage administrations' you can add administrations by selecting them in the left panel and moving them to the right panel using the arrows.
Keep the following points in mind:
*1: When multiple Exact Online environments are linked to your One Exact Identity, Exact Online does not support connecting with this user. As a workaround, you can revert the One Exact Identity migration for one user and migrate again with a different email address for which no One Exact Identity user exists at the time of migration. Exact support can assist with this.
*2: The app authorizations may also be located in the Exact Online Security Center. This can be accessed when the Exact Online user selects My Exact Online in the top right / Security Center in the left menu / Permissions for my apps at the bottom.
If the app authorizations cannot be found in step 4 above or in the Security Center, the connection was created by another user. To see who the current integration user is, open the most recently exported booking in Exact Online and click the button in the top right:
Make sure there are no restrictions on the rights of the administration(s). For example: not with the status blocked, closed or archived.
When the linked Exact Online user no longer has access to one or more administrations connected to Zenvoices, Exact Online will automatically revoke the permissions periodically. Please contact Exact Online’s support department to resolve this.
