Administrations are retrieved from the connected accounting software. Is an administration being migrated within the accounting software, for example due to switching to another accounting package? Please take the following points into account.
The scenarios described below assume that all changes are carried out within the same Zenvoices environment.
Administration is migrated to another accounting software package
For example: An administration in Zenvoices is connected via an Exact Online integration. The administration in Exact Online is migrated to AFAS.
In this situation, it is unfortunately not possible to reconnect the existing administration in Zenvoices directly to the administration in the new accounting software. This is because each accounting package requires its own technically distinct integration.
Please note:
First add the new administration in Zenvoices.
Create a backup of the digital archive.
Do you want to transfer the archive? Please contact Support at +31 85 303 8853 or support@zenvoices.com (due to accounting software-specific limitations).
Only delete the old administration after securing the archive.
Tips:
Use automation rules at organisation level to include the new administration in your existing invoice processing and accounts payable workflow.
Do you want to add more than one new administration? Add all administrations first, so that administration settings can then be configured efficiently via bulk actions.
Administration is migrated within the same accounting software package
For example: An administration in Zenvoices is connected via an Exact Online integration. The administration in Exact Online is moved to another environment within Exact Online.
In this case, the technical integration remains identical. As a result, data can be retained and existing functionality can remain available.
To reconnect the existing administration in Zenvoices to the new environment, follow the steps below:
Connect the new accounting software integration in Zenvoices via:
Manage / Organisation / Accounting system connections
(Please note: do not add new administrations afterwards, as the current administration will remain in place.)Send an email to support@zenvoices.com, stating the name of the administration and the new accounting software connection to which it should be linked

Add the administration to the app authorisations in Exact Online.
