Zenvoices must be temporarily disabled as a user in KING ERP to allow actions such as closing a financial year. Follow the steps below:
Open the 'Windows Administrative Tools' on the server by searching for these words in the taskbar.
Then open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
Under 'Start Page', click on 'Sites'.
Click on 'King Webservices' and stop the application under 'Manage Website'.
Click on 'Zenvoices King Webservice' and stop the application under 'Manage Website'.
The Zenvoices user is now no longer active in KING ERP.
Please note: do not forget to start both 'King Webservices' and 'Zenvoices King Webservice' again via the 'Restart' button under 'Manage Website'.
Are you receiving the message 'Login to the accounting package failed' when exporting?
Possible solution: check whether the King Webservices are active.
Are you receiving the message 'Call failed. An error occurred while sending the request. GET http://servername:port/api/MasterData/Authenticate'
Possible solution: check whether the Zenvoices King Webservice is active.
