Zenvoices

Zenvoices must be temporarily disabled as a user in KING ERP to allow actions such as closing a financial year. Follow the steps below:

Open the 'Windows Administrative Tools' on the server by searching for these words in the taskbar.

Then open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

Click on 'King Web services' and stop the application under 'Manage Website'.

Click on 'Zenvoices King Web service' and stop the application under 'Manage Website'.

3. Under 'Start Page', click on 'Sites'.
4. Click on 'King Web services' and stop the application under 'Manage Website'.
5. Click on 'Zenvoices King Web service' and stop the application under 'Manage Website'.

The Zenvoices user is now no longer active in KING ERP.

Please note: do not forget to start both 'King Web services' and 'Zenvoices King Web service' again via the 'Restart' button under 'Manage Website'.

Are you receiving the message 'Login to the accounting package failed' when exporting?
