Follow the steps below to reauthorize the accounting package integration using OAuth2 authentication.
Go in Zenvoices to Manage / Environment / Accounting package integrations and click Edit. In the tab Accounting package integrations click 'Reauthorize'.
You will be redirected to a Twinfield page. Make sure User, Offline access, Organisation profile, Organisation user and Remember My Decision remain checked and click Yes, Allow.
The integration has now been set up again.
Please note:
If you have multiple Twinfield integrations active in Zenvoices, you must perform the steps above for each integration.
The Twinfield user you use to authorize the integration will be used to perform actions in Twinfield. Make sure this user has at least level 4 permissions and preferably do not use a level 1 user to reduce security risks (see Points of attention when integrating with Twinfield).
Tip
Authorize the integration using the same user that is currently used in the integration.
