Entering quantities and prices in Zenvoices
In addition to the line amount, Zenvoices allows you to enter a quantity, unit price, net price and optional discount percentage. The quantity is included in the transaction exported to your accounting software (if supported).
Per user, you can determine which fields are visible in the transaction lines. In the transaction screen, click ‘Settings’ (gear icon in the top right) and select the desired header and line fields.
Please note: Only for SAP Business One (Zenvoices SAP Business One webservice 1.4 or higher required) and Exact Online, the fields ‘Unit price’ and ‘Discount %’ are included in the transaction for purchase invoices in combination with the Purchase to Pay module.
Configuring your accounting software for quantity entry
Twinfield and Exact Online
No additional configuration is required. However, the ‘Quantity’ field is not displayed by default in the transaction screen. To make it visible In the accounting software, go to Customise and under lines, enable the field ‘Quantity’.
Exact Boekhoud Gemak and Multivers
Go to Maintenance / General data / Company parameters, folder ‘Specification’
Enable the option ‘Specify by quantity’. If you also use the price field in Zenvoices, the transaction line amount will be calculated as: Quantity × Price
Specifics per accounting software
Only the quantity field is transferred to the accounting software (if supported).
AFAS, e-Boekhouden.nl, InformerOnline, Snelstart, Visma eAccounting
Input of quantities is not supported.
Twinfield
Decimal quantities are not allowed.
Exact Globe
A maximum of three decimal places is allowed in the quantity field.
Exact Globe determines the value of the price field automatically.
Exact Online
A maximum of two decimal places is allowed in the quantity field.
Exact Boekhoud Gemak and Multivers
A maximum of two decimal places is allowed in the quantity field.
Entering a quantity is only permitted if a cost centre is selected.
