In Zenvoices, a spam filter is enabled by default for the @to-zenvoices.com email address. Emails detected as spam are placed in the ‘Spam’ folder under Upload & Importing.

Important considerations

  • By assigning the user the app permission Pages | Upload & Importing | Manage spam documents, users can manage spam documents via the ‘Spam’ folder.

  • Spam emails can be marked in bulk as ‘Not spam’. These emails will then be moved to the Inbox.

  • It is possible to automatically add senders to the list of ‘Excluded senders for the spam filter’. However, these senders must first be marked individually as ‘Not spam’.

  • No receipt confirmation is sent for spam emails, even if they are later marked as ‘Not spam’.

  • Automation rules are not executed when a document is marked as spam.
However, once an email is manually marked as ‘Not spam’, the automation rules will still be applied.

  • For more information on manually excluding one or more email addresses from the spam filter, please refer to this related article.
