Handling rejected bookings

The information in this article applies to administrations with the additional module Authorization management.

Bookings that are rejected during authorization appear in the overview Bookings / Authorization / Rejected. This overview is visible to users with sufficient rights.

Depending on a user’s rights, the following actions can be performed:

  • Edit booking: when the booking is 'exported for authorization', it is a final booking in Zenvoices. This means the booking can then only be adjusted in the accounting package.

  • Archive: the booking disappears from the overview and remains available in the archive. When 'Export bookings for authorization' is disabled, the booking will not be exported to the accounting package.

  • Authorize again: the booking goes through the authorization process again. The authorization history is preserved.

  • Delete
