How can I restore a deleted administration?

If an administration has been deleted unintentionally, it can be restored by a user with the permission ‘Restore deleted administrations’.

Please note

  • Only administrations deleted less than 30 days ago can be restored.

  • A user with this permission can view all deleted administrations, regardless of administration access rights.

  • If the accounting software integration of the administration was also deleted, it will be restored automatically when the administration is restored.

Adding the user permission

Go to Manage / Environment / Roles and click ‘Edit’.

If you want to assign this permission to a specific user only, go to:
Manage / Environment / Users and click ‘Edit permissions’.

Then enable the permission: ‘Restore deleted administrations’.

Restoring deleted administrations

Go to Manage / Environment / Administrations and click the ‘Deleted administrations’ button in the top-right corner. In the overview, select the relevant administration(s) and restore them via Bulk action (top left).
