If an administration has been deleted unintentionally, it can be restored by a user with the permission ‘Restore deleted administrations’.
Please note
Only administrations deleted less than 30 days ago can be restored.
A user with this permission can view all deleted administrations, regardless of administration access rights.
If the accounting software integration of the administration was also deleted, it will be restored automatically when the administration is restored.
Adding the user permission
Go to Manage / Environment / Roles and click ‘Edit’.
If you want to assign this permission to a specific user only, go to:
Manage / Environment / Users and click ‘Edit permissions’.
Then enable the permission: ‘Restore deleted administrations’.
Restoring deleted administrations
Go to Manage / Environment / Administrations and click the ‘Deleted administrations’ button in the top-right corner. In the overview, select the relevant administration(s) and restore them via Bulk action (top left).
