You can copy the booking description into the booking line descriptions by using the variable {headerdescription}. If you want to apply this to every booking, you can configure it as the default line description in the journal settings. Go to Manage/ Environment / Administrations, click ‘Edit’, then open the ‘Journals’ tab.
Click ‘Edit’ for the relevant journal and adjust the default values under the ‘Default values’ tab.
