The transaction date entered in Zenvoices is stored in Exact Globe as the reporting date.

Only files with the following extensions are sent to Exact Globe:
​.pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .dxf, .mpp, .ods, .odt, .msg, .ppt, .pptx, .vsd, .vsdx, .xps, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp

It is strongly recommended to create a dedicated user in Exact Globe for the Zenvoices connector, with access granted to at least two employees.

The Exact Connectivity Client is required for the connection between Exact Globe and Zenvoices. For installation, pricing and conditions, please contact your Exact reseller.
