Points of attention when integrating with Exact Globe and Exact Globe +

When integrating with Exact Globe, please take the following into account:

  • The transaction date entered in Zenvoices is stored in Exact Globe as the reporting date.

  • Only files with the following extensions are sent to Exact Globe:
    ​.pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .dxf, .mpp, .ods, .odt, .msg, .ppt, .pptx, .vsd, .vsdx, .xps, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp

  • It is strongly recommended to create a dedicated user in Exact Globe for the Zenvoices connector, with access granted to at least two employees.

  • The Exact Connectivity Client is required for the connection between Exact Globe and Zenvoices. For installation, pricing and conditions, please contact your Exact reseller.
