The information in this article is intended only for existing customers with Lite administrations in Zenvoices. Lite is not available for new users.
This error message indicates that the UBL invoice does not comply with the guidelines of SnelStart in order to be imported. The most common reason is that the Chamber of Commerce number of the own administration is not included in the UBL invoice. Add this via Manage / Environment / Administrations for correct processing.
This message may occur with Zenvoices Lite. More information about Zenvoices Lite can be found in this article.
Please note: this message may also occur when a supplier sends an invalid UBL invoice. In that case Zenvoices does not generate a new UBL invoice, but sends the original UBL invoice.
