How can I contact the helpdesk?

You can reach our helpdesk in the following ways:

Via live chat: Click on your user icon in the top-right corner of the app and then select “Chat with helpdesk” (only available with the user permission: Other | Chat with helpdesk).

Via email: Send your question to support@zenvoices.com.

Via phone: Call +31 (0)85 303 8853.

We are available on business days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 17:00.

Outages outside office hours can be reported by email.
