How can I change my subscription?

Via Manage / Environment / Subscription you can make changes to your subscription yourself (provided you have been granted sufficient rights by the administrator).

Overview

Here you will find information about the current subscription. Via 'Change subscription' it is possible to modify or cancel the subscription. Under 'Change subscription' you will also find information to help you choose between the available subscription types and the benefits that apply when entering into a subscription with a longer term. On this page we explain which functionalities are supported per subscription type.

Please note:

  • Even when you use Single Sign On (SSO), entering a password is required when cancelling the subscription. This can be viewed/changed via Manage / Environment / Users.

Subscription details

Here you can adjust company details, invoice details, and the email address for invoices. It is also possible to activate an email notification when the number of included invoices in a subscription is (almost) exceeded.

Payment methods

Here you can see which payment method is currently active. Via 'Add payment method' a new payment method can be added and activated. The available payment methods are:

  1. Automatic direct debit (one-time authorization via iDEAL or Bancontact)

  2. Credit card

Please note:

  • when multiple payment methods have been created, check whether 'Active' is selected for the desired payment method. The column Active shows which one is active (the left column is a selection field to set another payment method as active)

  • inactive payment methods cannot be deleted

Invoices

Here all issued invoices including payment status can be viewed and downloaded.
