Email notification when the number of included invoices in a subscription has (almost) been exceeded

When using a subscription that includes a fixed number of invoices (such as Vast & Zeker), you can configure email notifications via Management / Environment / Subscription.

Under the ‘Subscription details’ tab, you will find a setting at the bottom of the page for email notifications. Here, you can:

  • Activate or deactivate the notification

  • Specify the email address to which the notification should be sent

By default, this notification is enabled.

Important notes

  • Notification emails are sent when 75%, 90%, 95% or 100% of the included invoice volume has been reached.

  • A notification email is sent only once, unless the number of included invoices is changed in the meantime (for example, by adding or removing client administrations).

  • The system checks five times per day whether the included invoice volume is about to be exceeded. If this is the case, a notification email is sent at:
    09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00 and 21:00.

  • If no email address is specified, the environment’s contact email address will be used.
