Status dashboard

In the Status dashboard, you will find an overview of the number of bookings per status per administration. All accessible administrations are displayed in this overview.

There is an option to filter by ‘All administrations’ or ‘Invoices to process’. The latter can be used to display only administrations that still have documents to be processed.

Additionally, it is possible to filter by administration tags.

The following information is displayed:

  • Upload & process counts per administration

  • Booking counts per administration

    • Booking proposals

    • Authorization*

    • To export

* Only applicable when the Authorization management module is enabled.

Both on the right-hand side and at the bottom of the administration overview, a scrollbar is available. Via the button below, it is possible to display the dashboard in full-screen mode.

Performance dashboard

In the Performance dashboard, you will find an overview of the performance per administration. All accessible administrations are displayed.

Assign permissions

Go to Manage / Environment / Users and click on ‘Permissions’. To access the performance dashboard, the user right Pages | Dashboard | Performance must be enabled. This user right is enabled by default for roles that have access to Pages | Dashboard and Pages | Bookings.

Bookings processed: the number of exported bookings.

Automatically booked: shows per administration the percentage of bookings that have been booked automatically based on the configured automation rules. In this overview, it is visible per administration how it is performing. Based on this, the administration can be fine-tuned with automation rules to increase this percentage.

  • Green if > 75%

  • Orange if between 25 and 75%

  • Red if < 25%

Correctly recognized: the percentage of bookings that were fully recognized correctly. If, during booking, data is adjusted based on the recognized fields invoice number, invoice date, due date, total amount incl. VAT, and the recognized data used for relation matching, Zenvoices will mark these as not correctly recognized, which affects the percentage. UBL invoices and manual bookings are considered correctly recognized.

  • Green if > 90%

  • Orange if between 75% and 90%

  • Red if < 75%

Average recognition score: the average recognition score of the bookings.

  • Green if > 90%

  • Orange if between 50% and 90%

  • Red if < 50%

E-invoices: the percentage of processed e-invoices.

Correct booking proposal: with correctly recognized, this refers to the recognized fields. With correct booking proposal, this refers to other fields such as description and general ledger account. Via the column ‘Correct booking proposal’, users gain insight into whether other fields in the booking have been changed. Based on this information, a decision can be made whether or not to apply automation, or possibly use other options to enable automation, such as variables, booking templates and/or line recognition.

  • Green if > 90%

  • Orange if between 75% and 90%

  • Red if < 75%

Show details: administration performance details. Here you can search and filter by relation, journal type and booking type (financial booking or purchase invoice). An export function to Excel is also available here.

A pop-up with a comparison to the previous period is displayed by positioning your mouse over a value.

Via the ‘Field chooser’, additional columns can be added to various fields in the performance dashboard, such as the accounting package connection and administration code in the start screen, and the recognition score per booking under ‘Booking details’ (clicking through on a relation).
