Viewing invoices/receipts from within Exact Online

Learn how to retrieve original bookings and documents from the Zenvoices archive directly from Exact Online.

By default, a link to the Zenvoices archive is sent to Exact Online with every booking. By clicking this link in Exact Online, the original booking in the Zenvoices archive will be displayed, including all booking documents, comments and history.

This link is shown when viewing bookings in Exact Online as follows:

Additionally, this link is also visible in the booking screen of Exact Online when editing a booking:

Make the link visible in Exact Online

It may be that the link to the Zenvoices archive is not yet visible in Exact Online. To make the link visible, you must enable 'External link' once in the pop-up screen that appears when you click 'Customize' in the booking screen:

Configure Zenvoices

Per Zenvoices administration it can be configured whether a link to the Zenvoices archive is sent to Exact Online. This option is enabled by default and can be changed via 'Administrations'; click 'Edit' for the desired administration, go to the tab 'Exact Online' and change the setting 'Send a link to the Zenvoices archive with bookings':

To view the Zenvoices archive from Exact Online you must be logged in to Zenvoices. Your current administration will automatically switch if necessary.
