You can configure Zenvoices so that copies of booking documents are sent together with bookings to Exact Online. This makes the booking documents visible in the booking screen of Exact Online. This option can be configured per administration and is disabled by default.
Exact Online accepts documents in: ".pdf", ".jpg", ".jpeg", ".png", ".gif", ".bmp"
Please note: only PDF documents and images with a maximum size of 7,5 MB are supported.
Change the setting
You can configure per administration whether booking documents should be sent to Exact Online. You can change this setting via Administrations; click the pencil icon to edit the desired administration, go to the tab Exact Online and change the setting Send booking documents together with bookings:
