You can configure a link to the Zenvoices archive to be available in the booking screen of Twinfield. By clicking this link in Twinfield, the original booking in the Zenvoices archive will be displayed, including all booking documents, comments, and history. This link is displayed as follows:
Configure Twinfield
In Twinfield, you need to configure two settings once per administration to retrieve bookings from Zenvoices.
Please note: to modify these settings, your Twinfield user must have at least level 1 (site supervisor) rights. Are you working in a Twinfield MKB accounting environment? In that case, only Twinfield support can change these settings for you. Are you working in the environment of your accountant or accounting firm? Then they can configure this for you.
Go in Twinfield to Settings / Administration settings / Journals.
Choose the journal for which you want the link to Zenvoices to be visible.
Fill in the field 'Name' under 'Document Imaging' with 'View invoice' and fill in the field 'Link' with 'https://app.zenvoices.com/financialtransaction/details/$FreeText3$' (without quotation marks).
In the same screen, set 'Free text field 3' to 'Allowed'.
Finally, save the modified settings.
Repeat the above steps for all journals in which you post through Zenvoices.
Configure Zenvoices
You also need to change a setting in Zenvoices:
Go to Manage / Environment / Administrations and click 'Edit' for the desired administration.
Go to the tab 'Twinfield'.
Enable the option 'Save link to Zenvoices booking in Twinfield' and select 'Free text field 3'.
Save the modified settings.
Please note: a working archive link will only be shown for bookings that are exported to Twinfield after these settings are configured.
Login required
To consult the Zenvoices archive from Twinfield, you must be logged in to Zenvoices. Your current administration will be automatically switched if necessary.
Make the archive link available for bookings that were exported without 'Save link to Zenvoices booking in Twinfield' enabled.
If you want to gain access afterwards (when bookings were exported without 'Save link to Zenvoices booking in Twinfield' enabled) to bookings in the Zenvoices archive from your Twinfield administration, follow the instructions below:
Retrieve the administration ID from your Zenvoices environment. To do this, go to Manage / Environment / Administrations and add the column 'Internal id' via the field chooser if it is not yet visible.
Add the ID code in the link below in the place of ID and add it to 'Document imaging' in the journal settings according to the instructions under 'Configure Twinfield' in this article.
Make the archive link available for bookings processed via Exact Online Bouw (formerly Bouw7)
Retrieve the administration ID from your Zenvoices environment. To do this, go to Manage / Environment / Administrations and add the column 'Internal id' via the field chooser if it is not yet visible.
Add the ID code in the link below in the place of ID 'https://app.zenvoices.com/archive/search?query=$InvoiceNumber$&administrationId=ID&immediateShowSingleResult=true&journalCode=INK' (without quotation marks) and add it to 'Document imaging' in the journal settings according to the instructions under 'Configure Twinfield' in this article.
Via the link in Twinfield, all bookings with the same invoice number of the booking will be shown in the Zenvoices archive.
