Each authorizer has a personal overview of bookings that still need to be authorized. In addition, every authorizer receives an email daily at 12:00 with bookings that still need to be authorized.
Dashboard
On the dashboard, under My authorization overview, it is visible how many bookings
per administration need to be authorized by the user:

Via Authorization in the main menu, the complete overview of bookings that still need to be authorized by the user can be consulted. This overview shows bookings from all administrations to which the user has access. If no filename is shown, the booking can be viewed via the hammer icon.
Multiple bookings can be authorized simultaneously by selecting them in the overview and then performing a bulk action:

By default, an overview of bookings that still need to be authorized is emailed daily to authorizers at 12:00:
Schedule configuration
Via Manage / Environment / Settings, on the Authorization tab, you can configure at which times the authorization overview emails are sent. It is also possible to disable sending the emails.
Please note: the configured times are based on the environment’s time zone (see the configured Time zone on the General tab).
Personal authorization history
An authorizer can review their personal history in the archive of an administration. For more information about this, see the article Archive functionality.
