Booking Templates (21 March 2025)

With booking templates, you can simplify and automate complex journal entries. A booking template is created once and serves as a blueprint for future entries that need to be posted differently from fixed recurring entries.

Examples include invoices with discounts, accruals and deferrals, or alternative ledger accounts. With booking templates in Zenvoices, you can easily define posting rules, enabling fast and error-free invoice processing.

Line Recognition (13 March 2024)

On Monday, 18 March 2024, our new feature real-time line recognition went live. In preparation for this release, a webinar was hosted on Wednesday, 13 March, explaining this functionality from start to finish.

Nik Schuiling (CEO and Lead Developer) walks you through various scenarios where line recognition provides the solution. Jörg Linschoten (Customer Success Manager) then demonstrates how this functionality can be applied in practice within your invoice processing workflow.
