The following steps must be performed by the customer's system administrator in preparation for the installation:
Install the following components on a server (if not already installed):
a. Exact Globe client (including Exact Globe Entity Service)
b. SQL Management Studio
c. Internet Information Services (IIS) version 7.0 or higher, with the modules URL Rewriter and Application Request Routing (ARR)
Create an Active Directory user for Zenvoices with a password that never expires. This user will only be used for authentication of the Exact Globe Entity Service.
Configure the SQL Server instance used by Exact Globe to mixed authentication mode. Please note that the SQL Server instance must be restarted after making this change.
Open WAN (internet) TCP port 4430 in the firewall/router for the Zenvoices IP addresses (see this list) and forward it to TCP port 4430 of the server on which Exact Globe Entity Service is running. Also open TCP port 4430 in the local firewall of this server, if present (for example Windows Firewall).
