Check in advance whether the following requirements are met:
Check whether the customer is working with SAP Business One 9.3 or higher.
Check whether the customer has a fixed WAN IP address or a fixed hostname.
Check whether a WAN TCP port can be opened in the firewall/router for a range of IP addresses.
Check whether the customer has a server on which the SAP Business One client and SAP Business One DI API can be installed (if not already present).
Check whether access can be granted to the above-mentioned server (via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar), so that the installation can be performed remotely (optional).
Check whether it is possible within the SAP Business One license to create an Indirect Access User. It is strongly recommended to use a separate user for the integration, however this is not technically required.
Preparation by the system administrator for SAP Business One
The following steps must be performed by the customer’s system administrator in preparation for the installation:
Install the following components on a server:
a. Internet Information Services (IIS) version 8.5 or higher
b. ASP.NET Core Module/Hosting Bundle
Open WAN (internet) TCP port 8900 in the firewall/router for the Zenvoices IP addresses (see this list) and forward it to TCP port 8900 of the server. Also open TCP port 8900 in the local firewall of this server, if present (for example Windows Firewall).
