Zenvoices supports the following browsers:
Desktop
Google Chrome: the two most recent versions
Microsoft Edge
Safari: latest version (Safari for Windows is not supported)
Firefox: the two most recent versions
Opera: the two most recent versions
For the best user experience, we recommend using Google Chrome on desktop.

Please note: Internet Explorer 11 (or older) is no longer supported since 23-08-2021.
Optimising performance
In some cases, a web browser may not fully align with the latest version of Zenvoices. This can result in performance issues, such as slow page loading or delays in the document viewer.
To resolve this, we recommend clearing the browser cache and/or deleting the Local Storage. Below you will find step-by-step instructions for the most commonly used browsers: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Google Chrome
Clear cache
Open Google Chrome and press F12 on your keyboard.
Right-click the Refresh button. (see arrow) then select ‘Empty cache and hard reload’.
If this does not resolve the issue, follow the steps below.
Delete Local Storage
Open Google Chrome and press F12 on your keyboard.
Select the Application tab.
Expand Local Storage in the left-hand menu.
Right-click on https://app.zenvoices.com and select Clear.
Refresh the page using Ctrl + F5.
If the issue persists, review your browser extensions.
Microsoft Edge
Clear cache
Open Microsoft Edge browser and press F12 on your keyboard.
If prompted, select ‘Open DevTools’.
Right-click the Refresh button. (see arrow) then select ‘Empty cache and hard reload’.
If this does not resolve the issue, follow the steps below.
Delete Local Storage
Open Microsoft Edge and press F12 on your ketboard.
If prompted, select ‘Open DevTools’.
Select the Application tab (see arrow in the immage below).

Expand Local Storage in the left-hand menu. (marked green)
Right-click on https://app.zenvoices.com and select Clear.
Refresh the page using Ctrl + F5.
If the issue persists, review your browser extensions.
Extensions
Browser extensions are frequently installed and may cause performance issues.
For example, a telephone extension may incorrectly interpret an invoice number as a phone number, which can interfere with the interface. Our recommendation: review your extensions and disable them one by one to determine whether they are causing the issue.
