To automatically download and display documents on a second screen, the following settings are required:

Zenvoices settings

Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of Zenvoices and go to ‘My settings’.

Enable the option:

‘Automatically download a PDF when a document is displayed’.

Browser settings

Chrome

In Chrome, specific settings must be enabled to allow automatic downloading and opening of PDF files.

Once the file has been downloaded, right-click the file and select ‘Always open with system viewer’ to ensure the document automatically opens on your second screen.

Firefox

In Firefox, the configuration works almost the same way.

Go to:
Settings → General → Applications

Select the appropriate action for PDF files to ensure they are downloaded and opened with your system viewer.

Edge

Enable ‘Always download PDF files’ by entering the following link in your browser’s address bar:
edge://settings/content/pdfDocuments?search=pdf

After the file has been downloaded, right-click the file and select ‘Always open with system viewer’.
