Automatic synchronisation
For active administrations, updated master data is synchronised every 4 hours between your accounting software and Zenvoices. This synchronisation runs in the background and requires no action from you. If no activity has taken place in an administration for more than one week, synchronisation will occur once every 30 days.
If no documents have been received in an administration for an extended period, the master data is synchronised less frequently. When a new document is received, a full synchronisation takes place every 7 days.
At minimum, a full master data synchronisation takes place once every 30 days.

Administrations in which documents are processed via Upload & Read are considered active administrations.
Manual synchronisation
You can manually synchronise master data by going to ‘Actions’ and clicking:
‘Synchronise master data (changes only) / (full)’.
A new ledger account and/or financial year must first be created in your accounting software. You can only use these in a booking after a (manual) synchronisation has been completed.
Would you prefere to watch a video about manual synchonisiation? Click the button below to watch the video and learn how to perform a manual synchronisation, ensuring that you have the most up to date data.
please beware:
Administration master data such as Chamber of Commerce number (CoC), VAT number and IBAN are retrieved once when the administration is initially connected.
For e-Boekhouden.nl and Reeleezee, only full synchronisation is supported.
Therefore, the option ‘changes only’ is not available for these administrations.
