To give you more control over deleted documents, a recycle bin for transactions is now available.
How does the recycle bin work?
When you delete a transaction, Zenvoices automatically moves it to the recycle bin. The transaction stays there for 30 days. Within this period, you can easily restore the transaction, just as you're already used to with Upload & Read.
After 30 days, the transaction is permanently deleted.
Which transactions are moved to the recycle bin?
The recycle bin applies to all imported transactions within a company, including transactions found in:
Transactions / Proposals
Transactions / Authorisation
Archive
Restoring transactions
A new user permission has been added for restoring deleted transactions. Make sure the right users have this permission, so they can restore deleted transactions. Once selected, the relevant books can then be restored using bulk actions.

Both on the timeline and in the recycle bin overview, you can see at a glance:

Why the transaction was deleted, for example manually deleted or re-read
Points of attention
Deleted transactions can no longer be edited. However, they remain fully visible during the retention period, so you can still view them.
A similar recycle bin is also available for Upload & Read. This applies to documents that were deleted before being read into the relevant company.
