What is a submitter user?

A submitter user is a person who only submits documents via the mobile app or in the Zenvoices portal.

What are the monthly costs for a submitter user?

No costs are charged for submitter users.

Permissions of a standard submitter user

A submitter user with the role Submitter has at most the following permissions in Zenvoices:

  • Pages

  • Pages | Dashboard

  • Pages | Upload & read

  • Pages | Upload & read | Assign a destination to documents

  • Pages | Upload & read | Read documents

  • Pages | Upload & read | Move documents to another administration

  • Pages | Upload & read | Delete documents

  • Pages | Upload & read | Manage spam documents

  • Mobile app

  • Mobile app | Send documents

  • Upload & read

  • Upload & read | Document comments

  • Upload & read | Document comments | Add comment

  • Upload & read | Document comments | Delete comments (only own comments)

With these standard permissions it is possible, among other things, to add comments after documents have been received in Upload & read, assign a destination to a document (for example a journal or document management category), and read documents.

How do I create a submitter user?

A submitter user can easily be created by assigning the standard role 'Submitter' to a user.

How do I determine which administrations a submitter user has access to?

In the tab 'Administration permissions' you can configure which administration a submitter user has access to. If you want to change this, disable the option 'Inherit administration permissions from user roles'. After that you can determine which administrations the submitter user has access to:

Please note: when a user is assigned more permissions by the administrator, the user will automatically be considered a full user and monthly costs will be charged for this user. If in doubt, the column 'Paid user' can be consulted to see whether additional/paid permissions have been assigned to the specific user. Loading this column may take longer than usual.
