As an authorizer, you can use the Zenvoices app for Android and iOS to view and authorize invoices that are ready for your review. You can add comments and view any attachments.

How does authorizing with the app work?
After starting the app, you need to log in. By checking “Stay logged in”, you will automatically log in the next time.
In the Authorization screen, an overview of bookings to be authorized is displayed. The oldest bookings are shown at the top. You can search and filter bookings by status.
Open a booking to view and authorize it.
How do I give an authorizer access to the app as an administrator?
Go in Zenvoices to Manage / Environment / Users and assign the role Authorizer to the user, or manually assign the rights Mobile app / Authorize bookings to the user. After this, the user can log in to the app and authorize invoices.
