Uploading with the mobile app
With the Zenvoices app you can quickly and easily send receipts and invoices to your Zenvoices administration. With the camera function of your smartphone or tablet you take a photo of a document. The photo is automatically cropped and can be provided with a description. After confirmation the photo is sent to your administration. Select destination
When the Document management module is used, which is used to store documents without a financial booking in the archive, a Document management category can be selected in addition to the journal.
When 'Journal' is marked in green, a journal can be selected.
When 'Document management' is marked in green, a Document management category can be selected.
Authorizing with the mobile app
As an authorizer you can use the Zenvoices app for Android and iOS to view and authorize invoices that are ready for your review. You can add comments and view any attachments. See this article for more information; an instruction video is also available there.
Settings
Via Manage / Environment / Settings it can be configured at environment level whether notifications should be sent. See this article for more information.
Delete submitted document
A submitted document can only be deleted as long as it is still visible in the web portal under Upload & Read.
If the document is deleted via the mobile app, it is automatically also removed from the web portal.
