With the Zenvoices app, you can quickly and easily send receipts and invoices to your Zenvoices administration. You take a photo of a document using the camera function of your smartphone or tablet. The app automatically crops the photo and allows you to immediately add a description. After confirming, the app sends the photo to your administration.

Management: granting a user access to the app
In Zenvoices, go to Manage / Environment / Users and assign the role ‘Submitter’ to a user via the ‘Edit user’ function. Then grant the user access to one or more administrations. The user can then log in to the app. No costs are charged for submitter users; see Working with submitter users for more information.
Usage: how does uploading with the app work?
After starting the app, you need to log in.
In the ‘Upload’ screen, an overview of sent documents is displayed. Press the ‘plus’ button to send a new document.
Take a photo or select a photo from the gallery.
Press the checkmark in the top-right corner when you have added all pages. Optionally enter a subject and choose the desired administration.
Select the journal or document management category:
a. When ‘Journal’ is highlighted in green, a journal can be selected.
b. When ‘Document management’ is highlighted in green, a Document management category can be selected.
Press the upload button and the document will be sent to your administration in Zenvoices. The sent document is now visible in Zenvoices under ‘Upload & process’ and can be further processed there.
Please note: it may take a moment before the document becomes visible in the overview of sent documents in the app. Refresh this overview by pulling it down.
