Open the Bookings Archive and click the ‘Download archive’ button.
This functionality is only available for archived documents for which a financial entry has been created.
Filter options & download links
Select the administration(s) for which you want to download documents. Multiple administrations can be selected.
The archive download can be generated based on applied filters, for example: Journal type, Financial year or Cost centre.
If desired, the files can be exported including the audit report.
After entering your Zenvoices password, one or more download links will be sent by email. These download link(s) remain available for 14 days after receipt.
The documents are bundled into one or more ZIP files and retain their original file names.
Please note
The filter ‘Financial year’ is only available for accounting software packages that support this field, such as: Exact Online, KING, Exact Boekhoud Gemak and Multivers
Permissions
The user permission ‘Download archive’ must be enabled in order to create a backup.
