This feature is only available for accounting software packages that support uploading booking documents.
Enabling this feature is recommended when using accounting software that supports a limited number of document formats, such as Exact Online and Visma eAccounting.
The following document formats can be automatically converted to PDF when uploading to your accounting software:
Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)
Microsoft Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
Images (.png, .jpg)
Email messages
Enabling the feature
Enable the administration setting: ‘Upload non-PDF booking documents as PDF to the accounting software’. When enabled, non-PDF booking documents will automatically be converted to PDF and uploaded as PDF files to your accounting software. This setting is enabled by default for new administrations and can be found under: Manage / Environment / Administrations / Edit → ‘Preferences’ tab
The original (non-converted) booking documents remain stored in the Zenvoices archive.
