The settings of the transaction screen can be configured per user.
Changing settings
Click the settings icon at the top of the transaction screen to adjust the transaction screen settings:
In the window that appears you can configure, among other things, the visible fields and the document display position. These settings are personal and are saved per user.
Document display position
With this setting you determine whether the document display is shown on the left or right. This setting applies to both viewing and editing transactions and applies to all administrations.
Default zoom setting for document display
With this setting you determine the default zoom setting of the document display:
'Window width' ensures that pages are displayed filling the width.
'Window height' ensures that pages are displayed filling the height. This makes an entire page visible on the screen.
Save display settings per administration or environment
With this setting you determine whether the display settings are saved per administration or per environment. Display settings include the following settings:
Size of the panels with transaction details, transaction lines and the document display
Transaction line column width and order
Automatically remove transaction lines with amount zero when saving
Disable this setting if you do not want transaction lines with a zero amount to be automatically removed when saving a transaction (enabled by default).
please note: this setting does not affect saving a transaction as a draft.
Visible fields
With these settings you determine which fields are visible. Which fields are available depends on the connected accounting package.
The visible fields can be configured separately per administration for viewing and editing transactions. Visible columns are always saved per administration.
For viewing transactions the option 'Automatically determine which fields are visible' is available. If this option is enabled, only fields that are used in a transaction will be shown.
Adjusting the size of transaction details, transaction lines and document display
You can increase or decrease the size of the panels with transaction details, transaction lines and the document display by dragging with your mouse.
These settings are stored per user per administration or per environment in the web browser.
Adjusting transaction line column width and order
You can change the width of columns in the transaction lines table by dragging with your mouse. It is also possible to change the position of columns by dragging columns to another position.
These settings are stored per user per administration or per environment in the web browser. This applies per transaction type (Financial transaction or Purchase invoice).
Restore default settings
You can restore the default settings by right-clicking a column header and choosing 'Restore default column settings'.
