It is possible to configure Zenvoices to automatically create general ledger accounts in KING ERP for cost centers and cost units. This option can be enabled per administration and is disabled by default. If this option is enabled (this can be checked via the administration settings, tab 'KING ERP'), then during the export of a booking it is verified whether all general ledger account, cost center and cost unit combinations exist as general ledger accounts in KING ERP. If this is not the case, the combination will be created by generating an XML file and calling KingJob.exe to import it into KING ERP.
If creating a new 'general ledger account, cost center and cost unit combination' was not successful, this message will appear. In that case, contact the installation partner to have this error resolved.
