Consult this article about Single Sign On (SSO) for more information about this functionality. By activating Single Sign On for Okta it is possible to log in to Zenvoices both from the Okta dashboard and via the Zenvoices login screen.

Single Sign-On (OpenID Connect) from Okta: log in to Zenvoices from Okta.

Add Zenvoices as an application within Okta

Go to 'Applications' in the menu and select 'Applications'.

Search for Zenvoices and add the application to your Okta organization.

Complete the final step and finish adding the application.

Then open the 'Sign On' tab and click 'Edit' at 'Settings'.

Under 'Advanced Sign-on Settings', enter your environment name in the field 'OrganisationCode'. This is the environment name you use to log in to Zenvoices.

1. Log in as an administrator in Okta.
2. Go to 'Applications' in the menu and select 'Applications'.
3. Click 'Browse App Catalog'
4. Search for Zenvoices and add the application to your Okta organization.
5. Complete the final step and finish adding the application.
6. Then open the 'Sign On' tab and click 'Edit' at 'Settings'.
7. Under 'Advanced Sign-on Settings', enter your environment name in the field 'OrganisationCode'. This is the environment name you use to log in to Zenvoices.
8. Then click 'Save'.

Go to Manage / Environment / Settings and open the tab 'Okta configuration'.

Open the Zenvoices app integration in Okta and copy the 'Client ID' and 'Client secret'. Enter these details under the tab 'Okta configuration' in Zenvoices.

Enter 'Okta domain' in the tab 'Okta configuration' in Zenvoices with the domain name you use to log in to Okta, for example "companyname.okta.com".

1. Log in as an administrator in Zenvoices.
2. Go to Manage / Environment / Settings and open the tab 'Okta configuration'.
3. Open the Zenvoices app integration in Okta and copy the 'Client ID' and 'Client secret'. Enter these details under the tab 'Okta configuration' in Zenvoices.
4. Enter 'Okta domain' in the tab 'Okta configuration' in Zenvoices with the domain name you use to log in to Okta, for example "companyname.okta.com".

Please note: do you receive the error message 'No Okta configuration could be found for the organization'? This message appears when the 'Client ID', 'Client secret' and 'Okta domain' have not been copied from Okta and entered in Zenvoices.
