Users can add comments to transactions. This can be done in both the 'Edit transaction' screen and the 'Transaction details' screen (accessible via the magnifying glass). Comments are then visible in the 'Transaction details' window under the 'Comments' tab:
In the transaction overviews it is visible how many comments have been added per transaction:
Tagging users
By typing an @ in the comment field you can select a user to tag:
A tagged user automatically receives a notification by e-mail with a link to the transaction.
Granting users mentioned in a comment access to transactions
When a mentioned user does not yet have access to the transaction, a warning will be shown in the web portal when placing the comment.
Users mentioned in a comment of a transaction will now receive access to the relevant transaction. This means they can view the transaction and find it in their archive. A user's access can be revoked by deleting the comments in which they are mentioned.
please note that the users who can be mentioned in comments have not changed due to this update. This change concerns authorizers who only have permissions to authorize and view authorized transactions.
