This installation can only be performed after approval from KING and the customer. The installation is carried out by HD Services and Zenvoices, or by an installation partner.
Requirements
From the customer:
a. List of administrations and journals to be connected
b. KING ERP login credentials
From HD Services:
a. API URL: https://[hdservicescustomernumber].king3000.nl
b. Secret token: this can be retrieved by opening the web.config file on the HD Services server
Procedure / step-by-step plan
Start an RDP session with the customer’s server.
Create a Zenvoices environment for the customer.
a. Do not send the login credentials to the customer yet.
Tasks per administration
a. Activate the required functionality in KING ERP.
b. Activate ODBC in KING ERP.
c. Configure the webservice access codes.
d. Create the accounting integration in Zenvoices and create the administration.
e. Check whether the digital archive is supported (via Help | Information about King | Administration): Digital archive (NAW) documents and process archive documents are required.
i. If these features are not available, disable uploading booking documents in the administration settings.
Configure the default administration settings: currency and country (optional)
As a test, create a relation and process a booking (including a booking document if supported). Check the result in KING ERP and remove the data afterwards in both KING ERP and Zenvoices.
Send the login credentials to the customer.
Send the standard welcome email for KING ERP users to the customer.
Document the technical details of the integration.
