How do I create an archive user?
An archive user can easily be created by assigning the standard role 'Archive access' to a user.
How do I determine which administrations an archive user has access to?
In the tab 'Administration permissions' you can configure which administration an archive user has access to. If you want to change this, disable the option 'Inherit administration permissions from user roles'. After that you can determine which administrations the archive user has access to:
Please note: when a user is assigned more permissions by the administrator, the user will automatically be considered a paid user and monthly costs will be charged for this user.
