Balance control in journals
When you want to create bookings via Zenvoices, the Balance control function must not be enabled on the journal.
In the Purchase and Sales journals, the checkbox for Balance control must always be disabled.
Adjust in AccountView
Follow the steps below to check and disable this in AccountView:
Go in AccountView to File > Journal pages.
Right-click on the Purchase or Sales journal.
Click on the option Properties.
Check whether the Balance control checkbox is disabled. If necessary, disable the checkbox here.
Bookings can still be exported to Visma AccountView after completion.
