To give you more control over deleted documents, a recycle bin for bookings is now available.
How does the recycle bin work?
When you delete a booking, Zenvoices automatically moves it to the recycle bin. The booking stays there for 30 days. Within this period, you can easily restore the booking, just as you're already used to with Upload & Read.
After 30 days, the booking is permanently deleted.
Restoring bookings
A new user permission has been added for restoring deleted bookings. Make sure the right users have this permission, so they can restore deleted bookings. Once selected, the relevant books can then be restored using bulk actions.

Points of attention
Deleted bookings can no longer be edited. However, they remain fully visible during the retention period, so you can still view them.
A similar recycle bin is also available for Upload & Read. This applies to documents that were deleted before being read into the relevant company.
