The document viewer allows you to display various types of documents within Zenvoices. In this article, you will find more information about the available functionalities of the document viewer.
Supported document types
The following document formats are supported in the viewer:
PDF
Images
Word documents
Excel files
Email messages
Adjusting the display
Using the toolbar, you can customise the document display to your preference.
Options include zooming in and out, rotating the document and adjusting the layout of the viewer.
Copying and pasting text into booking fields
Within the booking screen, you can copy and paste text from the document directly into booking fields. Please refer to this related article for more information.
Downloading a document
Using the red highlighted buttons shown in the image, you can download documents.
In the booking screen, it is also possible to download the document including the audit report (right-hand button).
