Can you adjust notification settings?

In this article, you will read how and where to adjust your notification settings.

Via Management / Environment / Settings, you can configure at environment level whether notifications should be sent per channel. The available channels are:

  • Web portal (app.zenvoices.com)

  • Email (user’s email address)

  • Mobile app (Android/iOS)*

*Version 2.0.34 or higher is required. When you are logged out, notifications will not be displayed.

The following notifications can be enabled or disabled:

  • Mentioned in a comment (immediately after a comment is posted)

  • New booking to authorise (immediately after the booking is submitted to the authoriser)

  • Authorisation overview (at a fixed time)

  • Authorisation scheme created/modified

  • User created/modified

  • Role created/modified

Per user, these settings can be overridden via ‘My settings’ under the ‘Notifications’ tab. The notification settings under ‘My settings’ override the environment-level settings.

Not receiving push notifications?

  • Open the Zenvoices app (Android/iOS) and go to Settings. Here you can check which push notifications are enabled (this can also be checked in the portal via My settings / Notifications).

  • Check your mobile phone’s notification settings and verify that: ‘Allow notifications’ (iOS) is enabled, or notifications are not blocked in the app settings (Android).

  • Log out of the app and log in again.
